Satellite towns sit outside the city districts but within the FCT. They include Kubwa, Lugbe, Karu, Gwagwalada and Bwari, and they house much of Abuja’s workforce.
Prices are lower than in the city, but titles vary more. Some land carries FCT statutory titles; other land is held under customary rights or area council papers, which need extra checks.
